The FBI’s Community Outreach Program plays an essential role in the FBI’s efforts to better our understanding of the communities we serve and the threats they face.

The Community Outreach Program’s goal is to develop relationships, exchange ideas, dispel misunderstandings, and become more aware of our respective resources within organizations and communities. COS Gray develops partnerships and creates a multitude of crime prevention programs that enables families to keep safe from cyber predators and frauds; businesses to protect themselves from espionage; schools and workplaces to safeguard themselves from illegal drugs and other violent rampages; and helping citizens become aware of potential acts of terror and extremism.

COS Gray oversees the Citizens Academy, Teen Academy, FBI Safe Online Surfing Program, Chasing the Dragon- raising awareness of drug abuse for teens, Don’t Be Puppet- prevents high school students from joining ISIS, and other community outreach initiatives.
