Enter a brief description of the event details and speaker info.
Please make sure all event info has been entered: Date, Time, Location.
Click the "E-mails" Link above and schedule the Announcement and Reminder emails and make sure that the "Send Dates" are set.
For weekly meetings, schedule "Announcement 1" at least 5 days prior to the event and schedule "Reminder 1" at least 1 day prior to the event.
